We are proud to announce the launch of our new and improved knowledge base.
Our knowledge base is a reliable resource for users to find information on all things Tenjin-related, and we are committed to constantly updating it to best meet the needs of our customers.
Here’s what’s changed in the newest version:
New and improved structure: An example of this is that content is now segmented for each user base. Whether you’re a Marketer, a Developer or you would like to get some general information about Tenjin regarding account creation or billing information; our new Help Center has each user segment covered from start to finish.
Improved search functionality: Users can easily search for anything they want and the options available will appear in the drop-down menu.
Feedback: Users are now able to give us direct feedback on each article by leaving a thumbs up (or down). We highly encourage our visitors to utilize this feature as it will help us tailor future versions of the knowledge base to best meet our customers’ needs.
Intercom support: Users can now get real-time support and answers to their questions from the knowledge base using the intercom chat.
